*OBCGS members who are not also NCGS members can get the discount ONLY by mailing in their registration using the PDF registration form.
Only registrations received on or before 15 July 2014 are guaranteed to receive lunch and the workshop packet.
Members requesting the "member's rate" must have a valid and current membership. For discounts to be applied to online orders, you must be logged into a current member account. For discounts to be applied to orders received in the mail, you must indicate your membership number. To verify this number, look for a four or five digit number on mailings from NCGS.

Full refund if withdrawal precedes the early registration date of 15 July 2014; between then and the workshop day a prorated refund may be made; no refund may be made if withdrawal is on the day of the workshop.
